Customer Testimonial Letter

[Letter written while I was a contractor with Camelot Consulting, Inc.].

To whom it may concern:

Clint Lewis was subcontracted as a consultant to help establish better communications between EDICOS IT team and TBMCS Training Development. Clint’s recommendations and solutions improved communications and rapport with all involved in developing and fielding the TBMCS Training Web-based training site.

It was Clint’s effort that helped place the training development group on new and improved tools and improved methods more efficiently resulting in faster production. He went on to become an all around trouble-shooter and problem-solver.

Clint was always responsive to trouble calls. His technical support aided TBMCS's successful delivery on the web. His depth of knowledge and his ability to present his solutions helped us adopt the new methods quickly. Areas he either helped with, or established:

  • Compaq Web server set up
  • Drafted CMI Dispersed Concept fielding proposal for the government
  • Helped get Macromedia Attain JavaScript communication with CMI
  • Used and tailored CGI Scripts for feedback
  • Proposed and diagramed a solution for the distance learning environment
  • Programmed the interface for the latest iteration of the web training, with windows that communicate to each other.
  • Programmed an IE/Netscape interface
  • Helped de-bugged the code for the interactivity demo in AAT
  • Helped streamline the conversion from 4 frame to 2 frame
  • Documented the code and the way the current site works, publishing on an internal website he set up for that purpose.
  • Exhaustively explored the possibility of making Iconauthor PC files run over a web server.
  • Taught the team how to use Dreamweaver, Homesite and Astra Site Manager.
  • Created sample code for each developer's needs.
  • Helped the team master Style Sheets, controlling the consistent look and feel of the website
  • When closing tags in html were preventing the correct formatting of the website, Clint had an affiliate create a customized program for closing the tags. A major success in process time savings. June says: "It is a lifesaver!!!"

It is my considered opinion that Clint Lewis's innovation and assistance save TBMCS a minimum of $150, 000, putting the training ahead of its development and maturity by six months. We would like to commend his work at Lockheed and look forward to additional work with him.
